Having 5+ years of experience into Cyberark
▪ Having 5.3 years of experience in security domain as Administrator in CyberArk.
▪ Good Experience in Administration, Troubleshoot, and Installation of Cyber Ark security components e.g. Enterprise Password Vault, Password Vault Web Access, Central Policy Manager, Privileged Session Manager
▪ Involved Design documentation, creating SOP and Test cases to complete the application on-boarding
▪ Integrating different platforms with CyberArk such as Windows servers, UNIX servers, Databases, networking Devices
▪ General managing of CyberArk Security that offers any enterprise a wide range of services and support options to make digital vault solution a success
▪ Setting up of workflow, inactive admin accounts reports retrieval and performing the cleanup activity
▪ Good team player with efficient communication and documentation skills
▪ Auditing accounts and work on various reports, user server login issues and user permission issues as per requirements.
▪ Monitor the live sessions and disconnect the sessions if any malicious activities or identified.
▪ Troubleshooting issues related to CyberArk or EndUsers using ticketing system.
▪ Accounts on-boarding using password upload utility script.
