My name is Rakshitha M. I am completed my MBA with a specialization in Marketing and Finance, and I have completed my B.Com with 82%.

During my MBA, I gained practical exposure through internships in HR and Finance. At Phaneesh Hospital, I assisted with basic accounting, expense tracking, and maintaining financial records. I also worked as an HR intern at Bhoruka Fabcons, where I supported recruitment activities and day-to-day HR operations.

As part of my MBA project, I analyzed Flipkart’s marketing strategies and their impact on customer satisfaction with delivery services. I conducted a survey with 300 respondents and analyzed the collected data.

I am comfortable with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and I have good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. I am now looking for an entry-level opportunity where I can learn, contribute to the organization, and grow professionally.
