Inspection of Incoming Materials like Raw Materials, Elastomers, Springs, Casting, Fasteners, Heat Treated Components etc.
Products Approval for In house as well as Outsource manufacturer/production team i.e. in process Inspection for various API components.
Maintating quality records for incoming to dispatch of inspected components.
Work in coordination and sync with internal and external stake holders like Production, Engineering and Assembly Departments & Supplier to Reduce Rework or Rejection work with the team to attain ZERO DEFECTS with incorporating (CAPA).
Effectively handled Customer Complaints.( i.e. Internal & External )
Hands on experience in the NDT methods DPT, MPT based on applicable standard and client specification requirement.
Carried out inspection of Hydro test as per applicable standard and client specification requirement.
Carried out inspection of Final packer assembly dimension, FAT inspection as per applicable standard and client specification requirement.
Involved in the witness of Final packing & dispatch as per TPI requirement.
Document preparation for approval as per client and standard.
Documentation prepation of final inspections reports for components & bought items as per client and standard.
Knowledge of specification & products std-API 11D1, API 5CT, API 5B, API 5B1, API 14L.
