About
With 26 years of IT industry experience — including 10+ years in Program and Project Management — I bring strong PMO expertise across governance, delivery oversight, and strategic execution. Having progressed from Software Developer to Test Manager and into leadership roles, I offer end-to-end project visibility and control.
As a freelance PMO professional, I specialize in establishing structured processes, driving risk and issue management frameworks, improving delivery predictability, and enabling data-driven decision-making through dashboards and reporting. I help organizations streamline execution, enhance stakeholder alignment, and improve project success rates while increasing overall team productivity.
