- Crank cases, Covers, Cylinder Components, Grip and Flange, Brake panels for HONDA, YAMAHA, TVS, AHTHER and ROYAL ENFIELD Supplier
- Exercising control on departmental budget, placing orders for parts and supplies as needed to ensure optimal uptime of production equipment
- Completing preventative maintenance plan by scheduling and assigning personnel
- Supervising implementation of the 5S & Training for Supervisors & Operators
- Daily updating of all production reports & machine maintenance records
- Planning & calculating man-hour for each stage and maintaining productivity
- Planning preventive maintenance for all machineries to avoid break down
- Extensive experience like regular machine maintenance and servicing
- Responsible for new products try out & its layout implementation
- Cycle time reduction in HPDC machines, continuous improvement and sustainability
- Machine knowledge of ZITAI 420T, 560T, 730T, 900T, Yizumi 900T, 650T, UBE 850T, 1100T, TOSHIBA 350T, 500T, 650T, 800T, TOYA 120T, 200T, 250T, 350, 800T
- Rejection percentage reduction action and implementation
- Inspection and operating pressure die casting machine
- HPDC machine die loading plan with respect to ppc
- Take root cause analysis report to address issues in the process
- Analysing the daily rejection review reports
