Having rich experience in Inspection Engineering in Oil and gas Industry. Certified as API 510 / 570 / 653, ASNT Level III in RT,UT,MT,PT, CSWIP 3.2.2.
Involved in Review of Welder Qualification, Welding Procedure, Sope of work for Piping , Heat eXchanger, Pressur Vessels, Columns, heaters and Reactor and regenerators.
Review of NDT Inspector qualification for UTG , MPI , PT
Review of NDT UTG Reports for Piping, Pressure Vessels, Columns and Heaters for its acceptance based on Visual and corrosion allowance.
Monitoring and assigning TPI inspector for various jobs for Piping, Pressure Vessels, Columns and Heaters and Reactor and regenerator.
Issuance of Recommendations based on Visual and UTG reports.
Follow-up with Contractors for the job done based on issuance of recommendation.
Solving site issues technically without any delay in man hours.
Witnessing Hydrotest of Piping , Pressure Vessel based on scope of work.
Maintaining Offer Log / Inspection Log for the handover to Night shift team.
Preparation of Piping / Vessel / Column Reports and issuance of recommendation for future shutdown work. Successfully completed shutdown before the scheduled time.
