I Have 19 years’ experience in Production, Quality, Purchase, vendor development & management in automobile sheet metal manufacturing organization. Last 15 year experience in press shop and weld shop production planning and control, purchase, vendor development & management. Handling supply chain management with customer satisfaction.
I have direct instruction & handling a long manpower Engineers, Supervisors, operators, welders team above 200 nos. I have Basic knowledge of costing and settlement of new part. Maintain leading team of engineers for an organization working with World class systems.

Responsibility of Weld shop production planning & Achievement with company Targets. Responsibility of review with shift in charge over planning & achievement in press shop weld shop & Machining. Responsibility of review with Shift in charge Press shop for Tool validation, Tool maintenance, and such type new tool requirement.
Responsibility of review with Shift in charge Weld shop welding fixture validation, and such type new weld fixture requirement.
