➢ 4 years of experience in Retail multi-channel environment as analyst, driving business grow ahead of site using analytical data.
➢ Analyse weekly sales performance/ trends to anticipate future forecast.
➢ Devising a merchandising plan for weekly/monthly/quarterly for respective categories.
➢ Daily reporting for digital marketing channel performance using data gathered from Adobe.
➢ Building dashboards, alerts & creating segments, metrics based on the upcoming events and as per business requirements.
➢ Building story boards using Power BI and integrating it with Teams and other channels.
➢ Planning email campaign, promotion setup, catalogue management, product categorization, item setup, website optimization and SEO.
I have started my career as an associate with Tata Consultancy Services from (Nov 2006 – Aug 2021). Currently I’m performing the role of an Ecommerce analyst for Marks & Spencer client. My main area of experience has been in Product launch for Home, Furniture & Upholstery. To perform daily review and maintenance of live site by using the back-end applications such as Step tool.
