• Ensure for PR Screening from store
• Review for Monthly reconciliation of Chargeable & Non-Chargeable Materials issued Contractors & Employees
• Responsible for providing proper training to all the staffs for Codification, Location, Grouping, Categorization like Min max-VB, Specified-SP, Insurance- IA & Essential-ES in SAP
• Review of store Min- Max items and ensure for maintaining minimum stock level of inventory is available at the store to avoid being out of stock
• Review all the pending RGP/NRGP
• Reviewing & Monitoring of Dead Stock (Non-moving) and Self life Items with concern department HODs
