JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Construction & Project Management Phase
- Preparing the project plan.
- Close coordination with all departments & client to resolve out if any pending issues.
- Standing Engineering and material related open issues, which are critical to project.
- Oversaw for execution of all field engineering activities.
- Monitoring installation of materials and equipment for compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Established the Planning Procedures: Scheduling Vs Commitment, Customer Requirement Planning, Weekly Status, Quality Objectives, Manpower Utilization.
- Creating weekly and monthly reports and presentations for management team.
- Contract review and finalization assist in programpreparation, budget control,generating the correspondences, estimating the variations / change orders,Projects handingover & close.
- Managing and developing the project department Business and Resources.
- Ensures that all company regulations, quality, safety, and standards are met.
- Works to achieve set department budget, minimize the costs and increase profits.
- Oversee the ordering of projects materialsto ensures stockconditions and inventory control.

- Inspecting start up, testing & commissioning for different Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting system equipment’s.
- Oversaw for material & machinery require to carrying out Hydro test or any other test may require.
- Preparing the final project closing documents.
- Technical Coordination with Client, Consultant, Sales Department and Projects Interoffice Team.
- Keep track of changes in BOQ, extra work and ensures that all extra work is identified and billed.
- Making day-to-day planning and monitor the progress at site.
- Arranging stage wise inspection as required and get clearance from competent authority.
- Assist on resolving contractual conflicts and disputed claims with subcontractors.
- Oversaw employee attendance record, handled payroll, and ordered new materials for sites.
- Maintaining records and logs of work performed and materials and equipment used.

Design & Estimation Phase
- Oversaw to review design work to ensure compliance with client requirement, national and international standards i.e., Life safety drawings, NFPA, Design layout drawings.
- Interpret & review system drawings to identify any difference to tender requirements and raise queries against specification.
- Leading technical meeting with contractors/client to clarify the queries about the systems proposed and to coordinate the team members to prepare and submit the technical documents, drawings and system wise design for approval.
- Review vendor materials, instrument and equipment submittals and ensure if it meet the project and client specifications and contract requirements.
- Correspondence with consultants/contractors/customers regarding designs and detailed drawings
- Interacting with client for approval of projects plan, monthly invoices, design drawings & etc.
- Develop overall project budget including cost, overhead and profit of the company.
Commissioning Phase
- Manage system startups, energization requirement, LOTO Application.
- Witness, Review and approve testing and commissioning works for all MEP systems and building automation systems.
- Manage and coordinate commissioning works with commissioning team, consultants, clients for local authorities’ approval.
- Compliance with installation and commissioning requirement for local authorities’ inspection.
- Manage fire and life safety system completion and prepare for commissioning and handover.
Maintenance/Facility Management Phase
- Oversaw for site operations of Fire and Life safety systems, HVAC, Plumbing and other services.
- Manage Service providers AMCs contract.
- Coordinate and managing budget with service providers and all subcontractors ensuring service schedules have complied with performance evaluation inspection.
- Provide reports to clients for monthly, daily as per contractual agreements.
- Responsible for increasing profitability of contracts by precisely monitoring the operation cycle, implementing & innovating methods to reduce cost & boost profitability & quality of service delivery.
- Training the team for better results and developing multitasking individuals for maximum result.
- Ensuring proper documentation of reports, work logs, attendance and contactor requirements for client’s submittal and audit requirements.
Production Knowledge
- Fire cabinet fabrication (Hose reel cabinet, Fire hose cabinet, Fire Extinguisher cabinet, Foam Cabinet, Fire breeching inlet cabinet and etc.
- Skid fabrication for Fire pumps, Storage tanks, Valves cabinet and FM200 Equipment’s.
- Diesel fuel oil storage tank ring fabrication for water spray systems.
