✔ Effectively managing the daily operations of the 126 cover All day Dining Restaurant called spice it.
✔ Maintained contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff and guest concerns were addressed. Provided vital feedback to the chef and ensured standards are maintained.
✔ Managing restaurant, bar and banquet at a time in busy times
✔ Daily closing all sale reports and checks of all outlets
✔ Maintaining stock and inventory of food and beverages were spreading to main three outlets of f&b like room dining and banquet
✔ Checked restaurant on daily basis to ensure cleanliness, and food presentation
✔ Giving weekly inventories of food, Soft Beverages and liquor
✔ Checking all the expiries of stock and replacing with new by following formats
