Role and Responsibilities: - To proactively detect, deter, and report suspicious activities or policy breaches that could lead to financial loss, reputational damage, or regulatory violations.
CCTV System Management - Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems. Ensure all cameras, recording devices, and related equipment are in optimal working condition. Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify and address any issues promptly.
Monitoring and Surveillance - Monitor live feeds from CCTV cameras to detect and prevent security incidents. Respond to alerts and notifications generated by the CCTV system. Coordinate with security personnel or relevant authorities in case of suspicious activities.
Security Policy Compliance - Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures. Collaborate with security and management teams to establish and enforce security guidelines related to CCTV usage.
Documentation and Reporting - Maintain accurate records of CCTV system configurations, installations, and maintenance activities. Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and trends for management review.
Risk Assessment - Conduct risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in the CCTV system. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and enhance the overall security posture.
