I have nearly nine years of work experience as a PACS Manager at The Bharatpur Central Co-operative Bank, where I have been working from 2017 to 2026. In this role, I have been responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Primary Agricultural Credit Society (PACS), maintaining member records, processing loan applications, handling cash and financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulations.

Throughout my experience, I have developed strong skills in customer service, financial record management, teamwork, and problem-solving. Working closely with farmers, members, and bank officials has strengthened my communication and organizational abilities. I am now looking forward to taking on new challenges where I can use my experience and continue to grow professionally.

I completed my Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Rajasthan in 2013. My education provided me with a strong foundation in communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Along with my academic background, my professional experience as a PACS Manager has helped me develop practical knowledge of banking operations, customer service, and financial administration.
