- Study drawings, specifications, and highlight discrepancies if any to supervise
- Planning and indenting daily requirements of Worker, construction machinery, materials, and formwork
- Job allocation to deploy Labour as per the work issued
- To resolve any issues hampering progress on a day-to-day basis
- Ensuring that the planned output is achieved from manpower, machinery, and materials
- To ensure that the quality of work done is as per specifications and procedures
- To ensure the cost controlled to fit the assigned budget
- Communicating with client for the day-to-day smooth progress of work
- Attend queries of the client engineer
- To ensure every worker with Personal Protective Equipment at the site
- To ensure proper housekeeping and lighting in the assigned area
- Taking care of Company assets like material, shuttering, and machinery
- In case of an accident attend to the injured person and alert the Manager
- To ensure that only authorized personnel are allowed to carry out the jobs requiring special skills/certifications

- Supervise, monitor, and Execution of Reinforcement Binding, Formwork according With Approved Drawing, Checking, Concreting of Wall/Pier, Retaining wall, Drain, Culvert, Slab etc.
- Execution of Foundation, Substructure & Superstructure etc.
- Maintain Daily Progress Reports, Contractor Bills & all related to the Project
- Preparation of Bill & Final Report of Building
- Preparation of Working area Clean & Comply to the Clients
- Preparation of BBS for site execution, analysis of Qty. for daily work and placing of daily requirements
