Working as Field Service Engineer handling Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Tamil Nadu states complete service, warranty & SPD (Spare Parts Division). Mainly products are 7.5T & 12.5T Lift Axle suspension, Bogie suspension, ULTIMAAX suspension etc.

- Testing and validating NGT -Tipper (28Ton & 35 Ton) and 48Ton cargo, model projects in HCV platform.
- Continue tracking field concerns and uploading the concerns in portal and reviewing the concerns with respective design team engineers and solving the issues.
- Going for filed visits and inspecting the customer's vehicles and taking the customer feedback about the performance of the product in each individual aggregate wise.
- Based on customer feedback preparing the reports and releasing reports for case study purpose.
- Attending the field failure vehicles and identifying the RCA (root cause analysis) and generating the reports for the same.
- Worked in IMCR (Intended material cost reduction) department, understanding the Pre – Dcr and implementing the idea and performing the respective test, releasing the reports for test and close the idea.

Working under quality department in manufacturing Diesel Doorstep delivery vehicles (for all OEM models like Tata, Mahindra, A.L etc.).
- As a testing engineer under quality department, check the functional operations asper quality standards.
- Check the leakages from pipelines, Hose reels & Dispense unit.
- Check the flow rate of diesel dispensing from dispenser unit by adjusting pump pressure (req LPM per min was 70 to 80 lit).
- Check the functioning of safety fitments (like break interlock & override etc.).
- Check the working of Egon blue system (which controls engine rpm) and panel wiring connections etc.
- Using the standard quality process like CAPA, 7QC tools & 8D methodology etc., for finding root cause analysis for regular facing issues in the work process which are affecting the productivity.

- Exposure in conducting outdoor trails which includes RWUP (Real world usage pattern) on vehicles along with data analysis & reports preparations.

- Conducting DPF weighments, regenerations & soot loading data monitoring.
