I am a Rural Management professional from XISS, Ranchi holding more than 24 years of widespread national and international experience of working with various Indian reputed companies like SRF Ltd, Tata Power, Vedanta and JSW Energy Ltd. I am currently working with HDFC Bank as Regional Head-CSR based out of Mumbai heading CSR operations of 4 states, i.e Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP & Karnataka. Possess superior understanding of overall managing the project operations, including handling Project M&E including assessing project impact, project documentation, sustainability reporting and handling compliance, NGO due diligence, etc.
I have very good understanding of CSR governing laws of country and Sustainability standards, and coordinating & completing CSR Audits and handling compliances.
