US HR Operation-
•
On Boarding and off boarding of W2 and 1099 contractors
•
Onboarding documentations for W2 and 1099 employees
•
Drafting and releasing offer letter and relevant doc BAA, NDA, NCA
•
Supporting to New Hired orientation - Welcome email, new hired benefits, HR manual, company assets undertaking, I9 etc.
•
Monitoring the time off (PTO) request of employees and keeping the system up to date
•
Maintaining employee’s personal files on google drive
•
Creating employee account in bamboo HR system and releasing employee self-service access
•
Year-end Activities - Updating HR manual, Payroll, Holiday, Commission Schedule etc.
•
Payroll-
•
End to end payroll for all 3 companies (Bi-weekly)
•
Reviewing all employees’ documents W4, state income tax form, Direct Deposit form, voided check, SSN etc.
•
Creating employee's account in the ADP payroll system and releasing Myadp employee self-service access.
•
Payroll inputs and timesheet validation before payroll
•
Updating payroll inputs in the ADP payroll before deadline of payroll
•
Reviewing payroll preview and sending it for final approval
•
Year-end activities - W2 form review and distribution, Reviewing payroll tax filling
•
New state registration for SUTA and SIT tax id if any employee’s hiring new state
•
Full and Final Settlement for terminated employee and Separation agreement
•
Employee Expense management-
•
Reviewing and follow up for employee’s expenses for payroll approval from the supervisor and CEO.
•
Maintaining all employees’ expenses in the tracker for payroll and audit purpose
•
Maintaining all employees expense reports, Receipts and expenses approved emails for record purpose
•
Employee Insurance-
•
Supporting to the team for renewal of insurance
•
Sending enrolment form to the new hired employee and at the time off Employees life event changes & open enrolment
•
Enrolling new hired employees on insurance portal
•
Terminating employees from the insurance
•
Calculating employee insurance premium per pay period and updating the ADP payroll.
•

•
Follow up for the updates
•
Miscellaneous-
•
•
Responding to the employee query regarding payroll, HR, benefits, etc.
•
401K etc.

MBA - HR, with 13+ years of experience in HR.
