*Semi- Finished blood gas solution production manufacturing
*Production Planning.
*Finished goods Production planning and maintaining records per ISO-13485.
*Execution of all the SOPs and systems implemented by the QA department.
Process Validation as per sops.
Calibration of related instruments.
*Preparation of SOPs
*Filling of BMR's Log Book, and other related records as per ISO - 13485 2016 Standards.
*manpower handling.
*Training or workman and subordinates.
*Internal communication with store and Qc department.
*Target Oriented work.
*Participate in internal & External audits.
*I am a production manager with good knowledge of IVD products, such as hematology reagents/solutions, chemistry reagents, electrolyte analyzer reagents protein remover, tubing products, label designing, etc. I work on main parameters like pH, Sodium, Calcium, Potassium, Chloride, Lithium, Lactate, Glucose, etc.
*Physical parameters include color, taste, odor, temperature, turbidity, solids, and electrical conductivity.
*Chemical parameters can include pH, acidity, alkalinity, chlorine, hardness, dissolved oxygen, and biological oxygen demand.
