• Conducted mixed-methods field research on menstrual hygiene among 58 adolescent girls (13–19 years) across 7 villages in Varanasi, focusing on awareness, accessibility, and affordability
• Collected primary data through surveys and in-depth interviews with village volunteers, and analysed it using descriptive statistics and thematic analysis
• Used the Triple-A Framework to understand key gaps and prepared a report with practical policy recommendations for The Hans Foundation
• Participated in field-level activities under the Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) program, gaining hands-on experience in community health research
