- Supervise and coordinate shift operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity, O&M activities handle and shift manpower handling, maintain Daily production and others plant activity, Monitor employee performance and provide guidance to achieve operational targets.
- Plant shutdown and plant start up and ESD activity in following as per SOP and safety procedures and maintain daily production (oil & water and gas) and prepare DPR and Daily total water injection DPR Submit higher authority and Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of well and pipeline facilities as per SOP and work in SAP system like gate pass and maintinance notification rised.
- Operating SCADA and DCS as a control room engineer/ operator.
- 2-Phase,3-Phase separators, Self flow well and SRP, PCP, ESP type Well, and high-pressure water injection well, Gas well, oil well, produce water treatment package, chemicals pumps (CI, SI, biocide, Reverse Demulsifier) induction water bath heater (IWBH), heater Teater, instrument air compressor, fuel gas scrubber, knock out drums, surge vessel, crude transferring system and dispatch system HANDLING
- Participants HSE and work at height, performing authority's training, confined space training, firefighting training, SCABA training.
- Diesel engines (6BT,6BTE, diesel engines and repairing and maintenance gear box, crown pinion with clutch and braking system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.
- Allocate manpower and resources efficiently to meet production or service requirements.
- Maintain shift reports, production records, and operational documentation.
- Handle operational issues, equipment breakdowns, and emergency situations promptly.
- Conduct shift handovers and communicate important updates to the next shift team.
- Periodic checkup of unit.
- Operating SCADA/DCS system.
- Work in SAP system like gate pass, notification raised, other maintenance activities.
- Regulate valves, compressors, pumps and auxiliary equipment to direct product flow
- Effective communication with panel operator.
- Assumed independent charge in shift ensuring smooth operations of shift by trouble shooting&fixing problems, also maintaining the optimum operating parameter of plant in shift.
- Adhering to quality standards&assuring quality and assigning Jobs&coordinating with contractors to ensure timely completion of job.
- Performing operation, maintenance and emergency handling related tasks in the production unit. Ensuring total compliance with defined operational parameters/ standard Operating procedures to achieve optimum productivity levels
- Systematically performing work takeover/handover activities in the beginning and end of the shift.
- Ensuring hand-over of the equipment for maintenance in clean and safe condition. Conducting proper checks on the equipment and ensuring that all its auxiliary safety systems are in order, before putting them in operation.
- Observe specified procedures for personal and plant safety and participate in fire and safety mock drills.
- Log sheet maintaining.
- To manage the tank and pump change over activities.
- Preparation of equipment for handing over to maintenance.
- Plant Start up and shut down activities.
- Handling of different kinds of permits (PTW system), confined space entry other LOTO permit system.
