6. Expert in operating the Electron beam evaporation technique, thermal evaporation, Rapid thermal annealing (RTA) system and Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD). Familiar with techniques of Chemical bath deposition (CBD), Hydrothermal method and Dip coating methods. 
7. Hands on experience by operating the mentioned instruments such as Keithley source measurement unit, Deep level transient spectroscopy (DLS-83D), LCR meter, Spin coating system.

Surface analysis techniques: X-Ray diffraction (XRD), Field-emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FE-SEM), Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray photon spectroscopy (XPS), Energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and elemental mapping, Raman spectroscopy, Auger electron spectroscopy (AES), Secondary ion mass spectroscopy (SIMS).
