• Serve as SPOC for Decathlon Sports India Private Limited since November 2020, independently managing statutory and regulatory compliance requirements across multiple locations.
• Own end-to-end compliance workflows covering applications, renewals, amendments, documentation, approvals, payments, inspections, notices, follow-ups, and closure.
• Manage compliance requirements for a diverse client portfolio spanning retail, aviation, food, lifestyle, and other business operations.
• Handle Trade Licenses, Signage Licenses, Pollution NOCs, Health NOCs, Legal Metrology, FSSAI, Fire NOCs, Insecticide Licenses, and other statutory licenses and registrations.
• Review and manage Legal Metrology notices, coordinate with authorities and stakeholders, draft reply letters, compile supporting documents, and support resolution and closure.
• Coordinate with government authorities, external consultants, clients, and internal teams to progress applications, renewals, amendments, inspections, approvals, and regulatory matters.
• Maintain accurate compliance trackers, licenses, acknowledgements, applications, supporting documents, and regulatory records, with proactive monitoring of upcoming deadlines.
• Coordinate internal approvals and payments, provide regular status reporting, highlight pending actions, and follow through until completion.
• Take ownership of additional assignments and new projects across locations while managing multiple client portfolios simultaneously.
