False Failure reduction in Regression using Scrum framework

It was noticed that 70% of the scripts during regression would be a false failure and not a bug. Rerun of these scripts manually was leading to waste of resources, hardware and increase in the debug cycle.

Reduced Regression failures by False failures by applying Scrum there by reducing the Testing time, rerun schedule and improved employee time utilization.We were able to reducing testing cycle from 4 weeks to 2 weeks. Thereby increasing the stability of regression.

Etrans of scripts using scrum framework

More than 500+ scripts were stuck without being executed over months due to several impediments and time constraint, this led to missing feature coverage and bugs caught from the customer side

Completed transfer for newly automated scripts to regression using Scrum practices thereby reduced chances of missing bugs, made sure new features were quickly moved to regression and removed duplicate work. Increased feature coverage by 40%.
