I started my career in Wipro in 2019 as Salesforce admin after 3 years moved to Team lead position i resigned in wipro in 2023, later joined in 9I WEB SOLUTIONS as salesforce admin

As a Salesforce Admin, I have focused on optimizing and managing the Salesforce platform to enhance user experience and streamline business processes. My responsibilities included customizing Salesforce features, creating and maintaining reports and dashboards, and ensuring data integrity through regular audits. I’ve collaborated with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that align with business goals.

Additionally, I’ve provided user training and support, helping teams leverage Salesforce effectively to drive sales and improve customer relationships. My goal has always been to enhance productivity and support strategic initiatives through the effective use of Salesforce.

I completed my BSC(msc's) in RBVRR women's collage located in Narayana Guda
