• Performed configuration selection using AHP decision-making methodology, Using Open-VSP for the initial modelling and XFLR5, Xfoil for the initial low fidelity Analysis
• Using SolidWorks for the Design of the geometry, Ansys SpaceClaim for the Geometry Cleanup and meshing using Ansys Fluent
• Simulated Low Reynold number Incompressible flow using RANS -based Turbulence modelling and post processing in Para View.
• Using MATHLAB and Simulink (Aerospace Toolkit and Simscape Modelling) for analysis 6DOF Motion of the UAV.
• Validated the results through wind-tunnel and flight-test data correlation, ensuring structural integrity, stability margins, and performance compliance.
• Designed structural Layout the UAV, Performed Aerodynamic Load estimation and Calculate Bending moment and shear force on the wing
• Conducted Structural sizing of wing spar and skin based on strength and buckling criteria, Designed UAV airframe using SolidWorks.
• Performed Static structural and Buckling analysis using Ansys.

• Performed External aerodynamic analysis for Multiple TEDBF configuration variants and conducted intake flow studies for both TEDBF (Twin Engine Deck Based Fighter) and AMCA (Advance Medium Combat Aircraft) programs.
• Executed Geometry cleanup, high-quality meshing using Ansys ICEM, and CFD++ simulations across different Mach/altitude conditions using various Turbulence models
• Delivered validated aerodynamic results through grid/solver independence studies, aerodynamic load distribution evaluation, and Tech-Plot-based post-processing.
• Contributed key design insights including Zero-lift drag estimation, leading-edge strake optimization, slatschedule assessment (transonic), stability characteristics, and aero-dataset generation for CLAW Integration.
