- Responsible for quality control activities in shop floor, pipe spools as per isometric drawings at the fabrication stage.
- Reads, understand, and implement Procedure, specification requirements and Review documents and drawing as per specifications, Perform fit-up inspection against drawing/WPS.
- Send daily RFI to client and conduct quality orientation for piping and Mechanical sys to QC/Sub-Con.
- Liaise with the clients and Prepare reports as per various client requirements.
- To carry out Line walk down with sub-con, client and the reinstate piping lines / steel structures as per project specification, procedures, ASME Piping Process / AISC specifications, codes, and standards. Ensure that Quality maintained and in accordance with Inspection and Test Plan.
- Review and interpret radiography films before review by client's inspectors and liaise with NDT sub-contractors for radiographyy test, etc.
- Carry out Visual and Dimensional checks of piping spools, equipment, and skid as per approved drawings.
- Follow-up on corrective action of non-conforming products.

- Monitor and ensure proper documentation of project inspections and test reports and delivery document.
- Review Project Manpower Strength Periodically and recommend for recruitment when necessary.
