• To create the invoices in Navision (ERP & SAP)
• Making the Daily Dispatch Detail
• Prepare VAT-47; ST38.G/R & others required documents for Dispatch
• Packing the material as per Customer requirement smooth handling. Loading & unloading transporters end
• Implementing finished goods stores technique minimum stock
• Executing FIFO system; stocking of material location wise
• Meeting out the dispatch schedule & corrective preventive action taking on customer complains
• Supervising & controlling all dispatch documents, others technical reports as per customer requirements
• Check the materials as per Dispatch plan before loading in vehicle
• Handling the Transportation Making the Daily Dispatch plan
• To control & monitor the smooth logistics operation liaison with clients & transporters for timely dispatches & delivery of dispatches
• Monitoring the fleet of vehicles & transporters ensuring on time delivery & transit norms & analyzing the loss in transit and undertaking measures to control the same
• Organizing daily/weekly status of transaction on all activities such as daily movement
• Purchase requisition of packing material & entry of all type of expanses bills likes transporters & labour contractor bills in SAP
