Finolex J-Power company make extra high voltage cables starting from 33KV up to 500 KV and having joint venture with Hitachi & Sumitomo Cables. Company offers complete turkey solutions in extra high voltage cable systems in India and abroad. FJPL equipped with state of art production facility such as VCV (vertical continuous vulcanizing) tower to produce high voltage XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated power and accessories.

• Maintaining Preventive, Breakdown and Planned maintenance of all machines and its record.
• Maintenance of EOT cranes.
• Maintenance of VCV (vertical continuous vulcanizing) Machine, RBD (Rod breakdown), Stranding Machine, Drum twister Machine, Jacketing Machine & Lead machine.
• Maintenance of Hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Planning for the required spares.
• Modification in machine as required.
• Coordination with other shop supervisors, managers.
• Prepare the monthly reports for the records and reference.
