Responsible for Inspection and certification for the safety use of all electrical equipment to be use inside the plant such as Power distribution board, Diesel engine generators, HVAC units, Transformer, Lightings, Extension cables, Portable electrical tools like Grinder, Drill machine etc.
Responsible for installation inspection and maintenance of Ex equipment’s [Explosion proof or equipment used in explosive atmosphere and temporary electrical supply.
Responsible for overhauling Ex nA motors, ensure the healthiness of the winding, replaced new bearing ensure all parameters and measurements are in acceptable value and carry out solo run test.
Responsible for PTW for assigned task.
Responsible for preventive maintenance of LV and HV Motors, LV and HV Transformers, UPS, Battery Bank, Battery Discharge Test, LV and HV Switchgear and Switchboard and Lighting.
Responsible for planning and co-ordination with manager, material supervisor and service team.
Responsible for follow up day by day service complaints of customers and dealers.
Responsible for ACB service and retro fittings at customer site.
Responsible for maintain service book and reports as per complaints.
Responsible for proper planning with service team regarding complaints and work as proactive team member to achieve goals and activities.
Responsible for planning and co-ordination with manager, material supervisor and service team.
Responsible for follow up day by day service complaints of customers and dealers.
Responsible for switchgear service at customer site.

Commissioning activities at site.
Work as a proactive team member to achieve Department goals and targets and Support department / functional group activities.
Responsible for shop floor assembly line supervision. Responsible for assembly of Transformer mounted low voltage feeder Pillar up to 2500A , busbar assembly, material arrangement from where house and fabrication department, man power handling like shift arrangement according to requirement, maintain normal and over time hrs. as well as production hrs., maintain daily production report, weekly production report, daily time sheet report to the production engineer, weekly production planning according to schedule, look after assembly production and quality, final production inspection before hand over to quality control department.
Worked at Qarmat Ali water treatment plant in Basara – Iraq with KBR construction group sub-contractor Al-Meer Technical Services company involve with GE – General Electric 22 MW generator, installation and commissioning of 11KV oil filled Transformer, installation and commissioning of low and medium voltage mcc, low and medium voltage cable laying and testing, low and medium voltage cable termination, electrical trouble shooting, grounding all equipment including building and trench es, installation and commissioning of exciter control panel and MOV discharge control pane.
Worked for general shutdown maintenance work at Qatar Petrochemical [QAPCO] GSD – 2000.
Involve in Ethylene substation for preventive maintenance of 6.6 kv VCB, involve in LDPE – Low Density Poly Ethylene Extruder A&B for its VFD controller PLC panel control wiring with [ALSTOM Drives & Control, France] installation and commissioning at Poly ethylene substation.
Worked at Al-Ain Cement Factory, involve in Cable Tray installation, cable laying – power and control cables, mcc panel and lighting distribution panel installation and commissioning in association with ABB.
Worked at Premco Global Ltd. A narrow fabric division at Dadra & Nagar Haveli [UT].
Responsible for maintenance of Electrical and Electronics Looms machine, D.G. set operation and maintenance and general electrical maintenance.
