I am working as L2 Specialist in HCL technologies. Currently serving notice period . Looking for new opportunities for Windows Administrator role.

Supporting 7000 Windows servers in the environment.
Primary responsibilities include Install, Configure and support as per the Project Request
Administration of VMware ESXi, Virtual Machines and Windows Servers (2008, 2012, 2016 & 2019)
Responsible for all hardware and OS related support
Performing server Migration (P2V and P2P)
Performing VMWare tools upgrade and upgrading CPU,RAM and NIC.
Responsible for resolving the Incidents within the Predefined SLA, RFCs and Problem Tickets
Performing Root Cause Analysis and work with Problem Management to provide required inputs.
Quickly identifying and solves issues on the supported systems.
Responsible for review and consolidated data to raise Service request for new server build with customer requirements
Maintain Service Level commitments to all the activities handled for the accounts supported as per the agreed customer requirements
Responsible for proper documentation and closure of all the requests and quires
Responsible for Proactive identification of defects in the operations which are repetitive and most common issues
Encourage and guiding team members on all the technical issues
