• Led C&I commissioning and site execution for 3X500MW WFGD, IGSTPP, NTPC Jhajjar, coordinating customer, engineering, and other Cross-function teams to achieve system readiness.
• Successfully commissioned ABB Symphony Plus DCS for WFGD, the first ABB automation platform execution in the GE portfolio for this application.
• Commissioned WFGD systems including Thermo Fisher CEMS, CPI limestone ball mill, ELCON limestone ball crusher and Atlas Copco compressor packages for all 3 units of WFGD- Jhajjar.
• Managed critical-path priorities, commissioning risks, interface issues and resources to achieve contractual milestones, availability targets and customer commitments while recovering execution delays in C&I commissioning.

• Owned readiness of Condensate Polishing Plant before turbine synchronization and achieved successful completion as per plant requirement.
• Owned readiness of TDBFP system from C&I commissioning side before full-load operation, supporting plant reliability and operational continuity.
