- Drive EHS compliance through Day-to-Day safety reviews, toolbox discussions, BBS tickets, permit-to-work discipline, risk assessment and incident prevention practices. Conducting Weekly SM walkdowns. Actively Participating and supporting Leadership walkdowns. Implementing and tracking observations with ATS gen-suite.
- Support budget control and cost optimization initiatives by monitoring resource utilization, contractor performance, spares planning and maintenance priorities.

- Led C&I commissioning and site execution for 3X500MW WFGD, IGSTPP, NTPC Jhajjar, coordinating customer, engineering, and other Cross-function teams to achieve system readiness.
- Successfully commissioned ABB Symphony Plus DCS for WFGD, the first ABB automation platform execution in the GE portfolio for this application.
- Commissioned WFGD systems including Thermo Fisher CEMS, CPI limestone ball mill, ELCON limestone ball crusher and Atlas Copco compressor packages for all 3 units of WFGD- Jhajjar.
