Parlor (17th of Jan 2022 to 01st September 2022) o There are four Milking parlors in our farm. o All are parallel line milking parlors. o In one parlor four times milking per day. o There are 13500 total milking herd in the farm. o In one parlor 3600 cows milking at one time. o Assemble cows in wash pen on time in correct milking order. o Move cows to dry pen, allow cows to stand till dry minimum 5 minutes. o Move cows to platform. o Strip for milk, examine for mastitis and cleanliness of udder. o Attach clusters Properly. o Check liner position, monitor vacuum. o Wait for milking unit to automatically remove from the cow. o Spray teats with iodine, all four teats immediately after cluster take off. o Hose off dirt from the cluster and platform. o Release cows, ensure repid exit gates fully are raised. o Keep the milking area clean.
