I am Raviprasaath, a Mechanical Engineering graduate who recently transitioned into Full Stack Development through Newton School. My proficiency spans a comprehensive set of technologies, including Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Redux, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, Mongoose, JWT, Tailwind CSS, and Sass/SCSS. During my time at Newton School, I successfully completed three significant projects in the MERN stack, namely Film Fleet, BeYoung Clone (an E-commerce site), and Gaana Clone, all of which received positive feedback.
In addition to these major projects, I have undertaken numerous mini-projects, totaling over 500 assignments with contest questions at Newton School and solving 200+ questions on LeetCode. These experiences have not only honed my technical skills but have also instilled a problem-solving mindset.
Before transitioning to Full Stack Development, I accumulated 3.5 years of professional experience. My career commenced at Treffer Technologies, where I was responsible for designing and developing Mechanical CAD models using modeling software. These models were intricately linked to the creation of dynamic web pages tailored for specific models, each catering to unique client requirements.
Subsequently, my second role mirrored the first, albeit with a focus on PCB board components. In this capacity, I designed models ranging from millimeter to micron sizes, demanding a high level of precision. Simultaneously, I developed websites that included spec sheets for these intricate designs. Both roles required an equal amount of effort in modeling and web page creation.
While working in these roles, my growing interest in web page design led me to pursue further education. I began with Udemy courses and eventually enrolled in live online classes at Newton School. This comprehensive journey covered everything from Data Structures and Algorithms to Frontend and Backend development.
Since February 2023, I have dedicated my time entirely to the Full Stack Development course, allowing me to delve deeply into the intricacies of the field. I am now fully prepared to apply my skills and knowledge in a professional setting. Ready to contribute effectively, I can seamlessly join a new role within 5-7 days.
