I am Ravi, currently working as a BA in silicon smart tech pvt ltd. My overall experience is 17 years and as BA is 8+ years.

As a BA I maintain good relation between stake holder and technical team. Used to perform gap analysis helps me to identify present and future aspects I do ensure not to miss any critical requirement and scope of the project and stake holder expectations.

I am very strong in agile methodology. Have good experience in conducting scrum sessions, to ensure my team has no road blocks.

In one of my recent projects we used agile methodology. My major responsibility is to gather business requirements, creating the use cases, engaging the PO and SME with requirements. I used tools and techniques, workshops, Feasibility Study, JAD Sessions (Joint Application Development) and validate product backlog.

In the past I used to interact with internal and external clients to extract business wants and needs and transform all gathered information to user stories and its acceptance criteria where I proved as a good communicator.

I used to give my master the required set of documents so that he can take quick and easy decisions. I am work ethic and fast learner, I quickly become productive and valued member in your team.
