3 years of experience in a NABL laboratory accredited as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017 in the Microbiology Department.

• Hands-on experience in handling and maintenance of microbiological instruments and equipment such as autoclaves, incubators, BOD incubators, laminar airflow chambers, Biosafety cabinet, microscopes, Colony counter and spectrophotometers.
• Expertise in microbial testing of water, wastewater, Ground/surfacewater and environmental samples (Total coliforms, Faecal coliforms, E.coli, Standard plate count) as per National and International Standards.
• Participating in Proficiency Testing (PT) and Inter-Laboratory Comparisons (ILC) Samples.
• Ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Quality Control (QC), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensuring compliance with laboratory Quality standards and procedures.
• Maintaining calibration records, documentation, and audit preparedness for NABL accreditation.
• Culture suspension preparation, growth promotion & Growth inhibition of the media.
• Biological indicators receipt, storage, reconciliation, population determination for spore.
• Handling of Culture receipt, reconciliation and maintenance of cultures by maintaining of stock requirement.
• Environmental monitoring in production areas by passive method.
• Measurement of uncertainty, microbiological analysis of water, Surface water & waste water by APHA, IS 15185 & IS 1622 methods.
• Authorised signatory NABL Laboratory.
• Authorized to review and approve laboratory test reports as per Nabl guidelines.
• Verification and validation of test results before report release.
• Expertise with LIMS Software for Result entry and Report generation.
• Preparation of Test reports.
