Respected Sir/Ma'am Although I started my career as a dance teacher, In nine years of the academic field I have completed my B Ed and I am having experience of teaching mathematics. As well as I completed my school management diploma (DSM). I was appointed as dance teacher then promoted to coordinator and then vice principal at The Dwarka School.
I managed the admin work under Principal Ma'am for almost five years which mainly included all discipline, events, timetable, cleanliness,communication with parents, conducting interviews for new posts and reporting it to Principal Ma'am, supervising the work of admin officers and all teachers,PTA meeting, Orientation. Playing the role of Nodal Officer of CBSE for the last 3 years. It included giving training to teachers, keeping records of training, conducting and arranging in-house, etc.
NEET and Sainik Bharti Exams have been held in schools almost for four to five years by NTA. I handled the work as an Assistant Superintendent in those exams. I have been doing all the above work continuously for the last seven-eight years, so the management took notice of all my hard work and promoted me to the vice principal.
