Reshmi Achamma Philip

A result oriented and passionate professional who is currently working as a School counselor and life skills educator in a school. Holds an M.phil in Psychiatric Social Work and has got experience in Schools, college, and hospitals as counsellor, psychiatric social worker, liaison officer and project officer for a mental health team. I have worked in national and international schools as counsellor.

Pastoral care coordination, life skills education, teaching, program coordination and setting up of activities are add-ons along with my counselling skills.

Possess high leadership traits which help in managing and leading any number of team members. Led the counsellor's team during the pandemic in counselling and psychosocial intervention. New initiatives were pioneered in hospital.

A person who can work with the deadlines without pressure, needs minimal or no supervision. Adaptable, energetic, approachable, and a friendly person with an impeccable moral character and carries a genuine interest in teaching. As of me I possess the capacity for resisting, absorbing, and responding quickly and flexibly with sudden changes. and determined.
