I’m Revathipathi Kotta, a Citrix Administrator with over 3.6 years of experience, currently working at TCS in Hyderabad. I specialize in managing and supporting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, including versions 7.15, 8.2, and 2203 LTSR CU3. I have hands-on experience with NetScaler Gateway configurations, GSLB, StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, and Citrix policies.

I’m well-versed in troubleshooting Citrix login flows, session connectivity, and user access issues. I'm also familiar with protocols like LDAP, Kerberos, TLS, and HDX/ICA. I'm currently preparing to take the next step in my career by exploring new opportunities where I can continue to grow technically and contribute to a strong virtual desktop infrastructure team.

I am a Citrix Administrator with over 3.6 years of experience in managing, supporting, and troubleshooting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments. My expertise includes working with Citrix versions 7.15, 8.2, and 2203 LTSR CU3, along with hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining NetScaler Gateway, GSLB, StoreFront, and Delivery Controllers. I have a strong understanding of user access management, session troubleshooting, and Citrix login flow mechanisms involving key protocols such as LDAP, Kerberos, XML, TLS, and HDX/ICA.

I also have experience handling SSL certificates, load balancing, and secure ticketing (STA) as part of a secure and high-performing Citrix infrastructure.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from GMR Institute of Technology (GMRIT), completed between 2017 and 2021. Although my academic background is in mechanical engineering, my strong interest in IT and system infrastructure led me to pursue a career in virtualization. Since then, I’ve gained hands-on experience as a Citrix Administrator, working with enterprise environments and advanced Citrix technologies.
