I am a HR professional with over 18 years of rich experience in varied industries.
My expertise lies in successfully partnering with management to proactively address business issues pertaining to workforce development, organizational planning, and employee engagement and productivity. Throughout my career history, I have managed comprehensive HR responsibilities including talent acquisition, process improvements, talent mobility, compensation, performance management, succession planning, and executive and employee development.
Currently Heading HR for APAC & MEA region covering 17 different locations.
