I have 4.5+ years of experience in L2 support Engineer and ETL testing. I have worked for Novartis as production support Engineer in various domains like Sandoz MDM, Customer MDM, Finance MDM, Reference data Management, Hub structure etc. using TIBCO EBX and Reltio MDM. I have worked on ETL testing project where I have validated data migration using sql and have used JIRA - Xray for managing defect tracking.
My role involves maintaining maintaining master and reference data, DCR, workflows, incident and request item through service now, monitoring scheduled Jobs, support data governance, and collaborating with cross functional teams.
