Richa Rahate

I'm born and brought up in Mumbai and have thoroughly enjoyed my previous stints in other Indian cities, Bangalore and Hyderabad. When I’m not solving design problems, you can find me painting away in a cozy corner, or curled up with a book and a steaming hot cup of tea.

Product Designer at Dell Technologies, who brings continuous improvement in UX research and UX design for enhancing the e-commerce platform. I work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and product owners, to make data-driven decisions and deliver user-friendly and usable solutions.

I have a strong background in visual design, interaction design, and user research, with experience in working on various digital products for different domains, such as health care, life sciences, retail, and sports. I am passionate about solving human problems with creative and innovative design thinking, and I am always eager to learn new skills and tools to enhance my craft.

I have a master's degree in Graphic Design from MIT Institute of Design, Pune, and a certification in UX Research Methods for Interviewing from LinkedIn Learning.
