In my current role as an AI Technical Manager for the Jazeera Airways project, I lead the design and development of an Agentic RAG-powered AI chatbot built using the LangGraph framework. I architect multi-agent workflows that coordinate retrieval, reasoning, and response generation using LLMs, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge sources to deliver accurate, context-aware, and grounded responses. My responsibilities include designing agent orchestration, prompt engineering, memory management, tool integration, and evaluation strategies to improve chatbot accuracy and reliability.
In addition to leading the AI solution, I oversee full-stack development using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), while driving end-to-end quality through Playwright automation, Rest Assured API testing, K6 performance testing, and CI/CD integration. I collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and lead the delivery of scalable, AI-driven enterprise solutions.
