Work Profile.

1.New Office Set-up & Infrastructure Management

 Experience of setting up of office & renovation.

 HVAC, FAS, Electrical, Networking, Furniture, Carpets, Civil and interiors, Lightings, Access control,

etc.

 Manage hardware infrastructure including identification of requirements, planning, vendor.

negotiation, procurement & ensuring proper functioning of the system.

• Procurement and Vendor Management

 Identifying and forecasting the requirement.

 Sourcing the OEM / vendors and short listing them based on various parameters.

 Manage the purchase processes as per the SEZ guidelines and other statutory compliances.

 Sourcing of vendors, procuring of quality service/products, timely vendor bills payment, timely renewal of AMC/ ASC.

 Working with Finance Team Bill Processing & contract renewing. Follow-ups for payments with client. Maintaining healthy relationship with vendor. Manage of vendor’s invoices and clearance of payments. Continuously ensure effective cost control methods are applied keeping in mind the company’s policies.

Management.

 Overall office environment: Housekeeping, contract staff and office boy, AHU, chillers, lighting,

generators, UPS,

inverter, security cameras.

 Track, plan, forecast and report on total administration expenses.

4.Travel and Visitor Management

 Outbound: VISAs, bookings, travel insurance, currency arrangements, Sim cards.

 Inbound: Travel calendar, bookings, local transfers, lunch/dinner arrangements, managing inhouse activities for guest visit, FRRO registration.

 Work closely with the designated travel management company and our logistic partners to ensure the highest level of customer service, while streamlining operations. Negotiate deals with airlines, hotels, and cab companies. Ensure that all travel arrangements are as per company policy.
