Hi, I'm Ritesh, a passionate Software Quality Assurance (SQA) professional skilled in ensuring product quality and reliability through tools like Selenium, JMeter, Postman, and TestNG. With expertise in manual and automation testing, test case design, and defect management, I excel at identifying issues early, optimizing testing processes, and ensuring seamless user experiences. My goal is to deliver high-quality software that meets both business requirements and customer expectations.

Currently, I am working at Zepto as a Deputy Dark Hub Manager (DDHM), where I am responsible for managing daily hub operations and ensuring efficient order processing. My role involves supervising associates, maintaining inventory accuracy, monitoring inbound and outbound flow, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce shortages, improve operational efficiency, and achieve delivery targets consistently.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering from Lovely Professional University (LPU), where I am building a strong foundation in programming, software development, and data-driven problem-solving.
