- Monitoring materials supply as per BOM.
- Making shortage report which will be short for that day production and taking follow up with respective buyer.
- Making Picklist for every variant.
- Monitoring FIFO and check of every storage rack for storage and physical condition of component at least once in 60 days.
- Monitoring dent and damages of parts and making rejection with co ordinate With QC team.
- Monitoring materials handling from receipt to main location.
- Maintain required documents & different type report in MS-Excel, MS-Word & Power Point as required.
- Looking all store function like receipt/material unloading, GRN posting in SAP, user inspection & rejection in SAP, bins arrangement, inventory accuracy as well as system vs physical stock.
- Housekeeping management and ensure 5S methodology in housekeeping operations, like Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize & Sustain.
- Ensure safety of operator Material & Material Handling Equipment.
- Timely procurement and zero line loss with the help of proper planning.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system (SAP).
- BOM Correction status report, Short/Excess & Arrival Reports.
- Supply material on process line as per sequence and plan. Given in each shift.
- Maintain various activities like 5s, PI (perpetual inventory), kizen & FIFO.
- Co-ordination with production department for materials supply in kitting trolley as per plan and requirements.
- Regular attend line rejection and wrong supply meeting on daily basis.
- Timely updation of location charts.
- Proper check and reconciliation of old and new component before implementation of new design to avoid dead stock.

CONTROLLER: - FANUC & SIEMENS.
- Checked quality assurance using cmm report, height gauge, bore gauge, thread gauges, and Air plug gauge.
- Check cutting tools as per program.
- Monitor machine during operation for unusual vibration or sounds.
- Ensure cutters are the correct type, length, diameter, radius and are in good condition.
- Able to visually inspect for defects like half machining, damage & dents.
