• Communicate with the assigned teleradiologist using operations through live chat methods for providing general support to the Teleradiology users & getting information including the daily caseload, notification of status of cases, correcting x-ray, CT, MRI bio-data, and coordinating any related issues/changes in the reports
• Cross-check the identification of the x-ray images sent to the teleradiology centre for reading including full name, ID, age, sex, and date of birth before uploading the image to eMedical to prevent substitution
• Timely & properly upload the x-ray images to the eMedical website following the instructions and cross-checking the correctness of the uploaded images for the cases read by the teleradiology centre
• Coordinate with the Teleradiology systems administrators for escalating cases with issues which need system checking, troubleshooting or other technical actions in the Teleradiology systems
• Update the status of the case on the basis of reports doubtful, urgent, completed in the Telerad system when the image uploading for each case is complete
• Track the x-ray sent from the assigned centre, to make sure the x-rays are read & submitted to the eMedical system by checking the data in Teleradiology systems and eMedical and following up with the respective radiologist
• Provide support during weekends, holidays, night shifts, or outside working hours on a rotation basis as requested
• Trim footage/video segments and put together the sequence of webinars held by radiologists
• Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects for video content
