• Collaborate closely with the Founder's Office and business stakeholders to execute day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities for a workforce of 80+ employees, ensuring timely coordination, issue resolution, and operational continuity.
• Administer employee records, attendance, leave, documentation, HR requests, onboarding, internal movements, and separation workflows through Keka HRMS while maintaining accuracy and process compliance.
