As per my profile, I worked in Ameriprise Financial as Senior Associate II, improving products and services for our customers, advisors, and business partners by using advanced analytics, transactions, customer services, policy content & Product, documentations and problem-solving skills etc.
Previously, I was Senior Client Services Specialist at DXC Technology, where I analyzed data from some of the biggest enterprise companies, bank, institutions, trust, and business partners or advisors.
