- Managing the production of assembly lines with Optimum utilization of all resources.
- Explore work to ensure achievement of set production targets as per production plan with quality requirement of the customers
- Coordinate feedback to PPC & other department for planning and monitoring of production.
- Reduce rejection, improve productivity & Quality with eliminating non value added activity/ process.
- Maintain shop floor discipline and ensure adherence to safe working practices.

- Erection, Installation and Commissioning of all machines. I.e. install machines on shop floor along with maintenance team.
- Implement changes to improve products or reduce costs using knowledge of fabrication processes, assembly methods, quality control standards, or product design, materials and parts.
- Analyze and make recommendations regarding production facility arrangements for improvements to production capacity, manufacturing flow. Maintain current production area layout and equipment locations as per defined standards
- Optimize utilization of automatic and semiautomatic processes to reduce manpower requirement.
- Drive and implement management systems and initiatives such as KAIZEN, TPM.
- Identify & implement Process improvement & WC reduction in existing process to improve overall productivity.
- Preparation of new layout or modification in existing for improving overall productivity.
- Capacity improvements through debottlenecking and improvements.
- Identify and visit to suppliers for development of machines, Jig/Fixtures and tools conduct DAP.
- Plan and implement new products and/or changes to the manufacturing process.
- Reduced cycle time with programming and set-up times through standardization
- To make a concept & implementation of SPM's such as Welding Machine and Fixtures, Leak Testing Machine, spot Welding Machine, Laser Marking, DED, TED, rotary welding.
