• Prepared and managed master documents including Formats, and other controlled documents, Specifications, TDS.
• Handled Change Control procedures including documentation, evaluation, and closure as per QA guidelines.
• Managed quality system documents such as Deviations, CAPA and Incident reports with proper investigation and documentation.
• Reviewed and maintained Periodic Qualification documents to ensure continued compliance.
• Maintained Documentation Room activities including proper filing, archival, retrieval, and control of documents.
